A four-week introductory program to art and mindfulness.
There are many ways art can bring you into the present moment and help calm the mind and body. Each week you will learn a new and creative way of keeping a lid on your stress levels through drawing, painting and clay modelling.
Cost is $110 total for the four-week program.
Sessions run weekly on Thursdays from 14 March to 4 April, from 6 pm – 7 pm
