Four weeks of Art and Mindfulness for Adults in May.
There are many ways art can bring you into the present moment and help calm the mind and body. Each week you will learn a new and creative way of keeping a lid on your stress levels through drawing, painting and clay modelling.
Cost is $110 total for the four week program.
Sessions run weekly on Thursdays from 2nd – 23rd May, from 6pm – 7pm.
